Kāhui Tū Kaha – Support Tailored to You

Kāhui Tū Kaha provides community-based mental health and housing services in Auckland, offering support that’s culturally inclusive and designed to meet your unique needs.

Who Can Self-Refer?
  • Mental Health Support: If you’re 12+ and need help managing your mental health while living in the community, you can reach out directly.
  • Wellbeing Groups: Join cultural, arts, and physical exercise groups to build confidence and improve your wellbeing.
  • Housing Support: If you’re experiencing homelessness or unstable housing, you can self-refer to access emergency or transitional housing.
Specialized Support:
  • Rainbow Services: Inclusive mental health support for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
  • Refugee Support: Mental health and settlement assistance for people from refugee backgrounds (via referral from community services).

The Phoenix Centre offers free, mobile support for adults in Counties Manukau. Peer Support Workers and Addiction Practitioners work together to provide tailored care, practical advice, and treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.
